The Sudanese Petroleum
Corporation wishes to issue a tender for the Cleaning and inspection of tanks No. (3) and (1-4) at the Port Sudan Strategic Depot (A) According to the following conditions
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The following certificates /documents shall be submitted with bids:
2.1. Establishment / Registration certificate of the Company.
2.2. Registration Certificate of value added tax (VAT).
2.3. Valid Certificate of being free from Zakat.
2.4. Valid Certificate of being free from taxes.
2.5. Company Tax identification number.
2.6. Tax stamp.
2.7. 2% of the total bid’s amount should be paid in advance in credit cheque or in valid letter of credit from acceptable bank to the Owner, as an elementary insurance (Bid Bond). This shall be completed by up to 10% for the winner bidder and shall be returned to the others.
2.8. Evidence of Financial Capability.
2.9. Company profile – List of similar previous (related) experience.
2.10. The cost contained in the tender shall be final and exclusive of all fees and taxes and in Sudanese pound.
2.11. Bidder shall properly wrap and seal with red wax and separated in two envelops: the original set plus photocopy of Technical Bid Proposal Package in one envelope (HERE MUST BE NO FINANCIAL HINT), and the original set plus photocopy set of Commercial Bid Proposal Package in another envelope.
2.12. The Proposal shall clearly indicate the Title and Tender Number and shall be submitted in sealed package before 12:00 p.m. (Port Sudan local time) on (thurasday), (19/june) 2025 at the following address:

2.13. It’s allowed to all bidders to attending the closing and opening the tenders envelops on thursday at 12:00 pm Port Sudan local time 19/6/2025.
